Woodsy Floral completely restored my faith in customer service! After a frustrating experience with another local florist—who canceled my order without calling or giving me a chance to choose an alternative—I was honestly disappointed and stressed. I had placed the order the day before, received a confirmation, and only discovered much later via email that it had been canceled due to being out of stock. No call, no text, no effort to help—just canceled. Woodsy Floral, on the other hand, went above and beyond in every way. Ironically, they faced the same issue with flowers being out of stock, but their approach was completely different. They immediately reached out to me by both text and phone to make sure I was aware and taken care of. Not only that, but they sent me photos of what they did have available so I could personally select a new arrangement. To top it off, they refunded my delivery fee and tip and even added five extra roses at no charge. That level of care, professionalism, and genuine concern for the customer is rare these days. I’m incredibly impressed and will absolutely be using Woodsy Floral again! ?
